CMG.Asia Celebrates Milestone Club Opening in Can Tho
December 15th was a landmark for California Fitness and Yoga Centers with the opening of their 30th club in Can Tho. Located in Vincom Xuan Khanh, close to the infamous Cai Rang floating markets, the new club hosted a star-studded official opening gala for 300+ VIP guests full of entertainment, fashion and high-octane performances.
“Currently, Vietnam is far ahead of its neighboring countries in the health and fitness industry” – Dane Fort, CEO of CMG.Asia.
“When looking in regards to percentage of income, Vietnamese people are spending more on this industry than any other ASEAN country, 7.1% on sports, health and fitness related products and services; higher than Singapore (4.7%) and Indonesia (under 4%) – according to the latest study by the World Bank. In Can Tho, the spending percentage is 15-20%, which is parallel to that of Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, the US and Europe. It is evident that the Vietnamese people highly value health and quality of life and are willing to invest in it. California Can Tho is a stepping stone for the development of CMG.Asia by providing products and services that improve the quality of life, whilst aiming to promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle in the people of Southwest Vietnam, as well as the rest of the country.”
